RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY 

If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact us within 7 days from receipt. You then have 7 days to return your order to our warehouse. 14 days in total from when you received your order. The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains, deodorant or fake tan marks or that smell of perfume/or body odour. Please avoid wearing jewellery when trying items on as some of our fabrications are extremely delicate. Any returns that are not in their original condition will be rejected and returned to you. If you notice any faults with the garment when you receive your order, please flag this to us immediately with images. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
Once your return has been received back to our warehouse, please allow 14 business days from receipt for your refund to be processed. Once a refund is processed from our side, please wait 3-10 business days for the refund to clear into your bank. 

The delivery charge will not be refunded.
