Returns for Store Credit

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items.
How to Initiate a Return for Store Credit

Contact our customer service team at info@sirapop.com to request a return authorization.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your items back to us.

Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and labels.
Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue you store credit for the full value of your return (minus any original shipping fees).

Your store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order on our website.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sirapop.com with a photo of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or full refund (instead of store credit).
