Return Policy

At SIRAPOP, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with a return for store credit. Please review our policy below:

Returns for Store Credit

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for store credit.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items.

How to Initiate a Return for Store Credit

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@sirapop.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your items back to us.

  3. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and labels.

Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue you store credit for the full value of your return (minus any original shipping fees).

  • Your store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order on our website.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sirapop.com with a photo of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or full refund (instead of store credit).
